For Homeowners
Your money is safe. The contractor can't access it until you approve the work. If something goes wrong, your funds are protected while we resolve the issue.
For Contractors
Payment is guaranteed. They can see the funds are secured before starting work, so they know they'll be paid once the job is done properly.

Once you approve the completed work, payment is released. The transfer typically arrives within 2–3 working days, depending on the contractor's bank.
