Identity Verification
We confirm name, address, and identity. For limited companies, we cross-reference Companies House records.
Insurance Validation
All contractors must hold valid public liability insurance. Expired or insufficient cover means automatic rejection.
Qualification Checks
Where required, we verify scheme memberships — NICEIC/NAPIT for electricians, Gas Safe for gas engineers.
Reputation Review
We review their website, Google reviews, social media, and existing profiles on other platforms.
Manual Approval
Every application is reviewed by our team. We don't auto-approve anyone. Those who don't meet our standards are declined.
